Overview
Welcome to the department of Psychiatry. Our treating team encompasses an amalgamation of Psychiatrists, Clinical Psychologists and Psychiatric Social Workers who work in collaboration with each other to ensure a holistic approach to all our patients.
With a combination of experienced eminent clinicians, with some of our faculty being trained from the Premier Institutes of our country and abroad; we have been striving to provide a rich clinical and academic experience with a blend of experience, novel evidence based and personalized approach to patients, care givers and students.
Faculty / OPD Schedule
Outpatient Department at Justice K. S Hegde Charitable Hospital runs on all days of the week including Sundays. OPD timings are from 9.00 AM to 4.00 PM and on Sundays from 9.00 AM to 1.00 PM.

Speciality Services
Speciality services such as cardiology, pulmonology, neurology, nephrology, gastroenterology, endocrinology and Oncology have specialist consultants are equiped with state of the art Cath Lab, TMT , Holter monitoring, Echocardiography, Endoscopy units, Dialysis unit, EEG, EMG / Nerve conduction/ evoked potentials, Bronchoscopy, PFT and sleep lab.

- 3 closed wards that offer de-addiction, male and female psychiatry services
- Emergency psychiatry services round the clock
- specialized isolation wards with Intense monitoring for severe psychiatric disorders with suicidal ideations
- Liaison Psychiatric Services – round the clock to manage psychiatric issues in various medical disorders
- specialized isolation wards with Intense monitoring for behaviorally disturbed patients
- Personalized and group interventions for management of patients with substance use disorders and polysubstance dependence
